CHALLENGE

The Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County Annual Event takes place in the Visitor's Center parking lot in the chill of winter.  Our team is challenged to create a warm and glamorous tented environment where guests can mix and mingle.

OUR APPROACH

The meticulous planning and building of a complex and elaborate tent system complete with staging, food vendors, DJ area, multiple photo ops and activations, and entertainers is not an easy feat.  Several proposed layouts yielded one that proved to be most effective for flow and comfort - welcoming guests with dancers into an efficient check-in area, through a warm tunnel, and into the high-end interactive event space.

RESULTS

The event exceeded expectations, earning enthusiastic praise from Visit Annapolis: “Humdinger, we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you for an incredible evening!” Our ability to deliver a memorable, brand-aligned experience has led to continued invitations to produce this annual event.
