HBCU TOUR 2025

CHALLENGE

DTLR's Annual HBCU tour takes us across several HBCU campuses. In 2025, the theme had futuristic video game vibes with a Miami flare. Our team was tasked with creating multiple transportable and reusable tent vignettes designed to meet the needs of the activations and sponsor programs.

OUR APPROACH

The team brought the magic with a transportable package of entrance decor, tents, furniture, signage, and booths that were able to be re-used and re-branded across 5 campuses.

RESULTS

At each destination, the tour was a resounding success, drawing in students and kicking off their semesters with a bang.
