CHALLENGE

Deliver a fully immersive J-CLUB experience at Live-K Karaoke Club in Washington, DC. We were tasked with end-to-end executionβ€”from spatial layout and brand integration to custom environments, lighting, activations, merch placement, guest flow, installation, and strikeβ€”across every room and touchpoint.

OUR APPROACH

We went beyond venue dressing to build a fully immersive brand world inside a live nightlife setting. Custom check-in stations, giveaways, photo moments, bar fronts, DJ booth, marquee, and dynamic hallway and room lighting were all designed specifically for the experience. Branded dΓ©cor, signage, and digital screens reinforced the identity at every turn, creating a seamless, unified journey from entry to exit.

RESULTS

The experience was such a success that guests didn’t want the night to end. The full transformation of Live-K into J-CLUB drew consistent praise, with attendees calling out the immersive atmosphere and seamless execution.
