CHALLENGE

Deliver a fully immersive J-CLUB experience at Live-K Karaoke Club in Washington, DC. We were tasked with end-to-end execution—from spatial layout and brand integration to custom environments, lighting, activations, merch placement, guest flow, installation, and strike—across every room and touchpoint.

OUR APPROACH

We went beyond venue dressing to build a fully immersive brand world inside a live nightlife setting. Custom check-in stations, giveaways, photo moments, bar fronts, DJ booth, marquee, and dynamic hallway and room lighting were all designed specifically for the experience. Branded décor, signage, and digital screens reinforced the identity at every turn, creating a seamless, unified journey from entry to exit.

RESULTS

The experience was such a success that guests didn’t want the night to end. The full transformation of Live-K into J-CLUB drew consistent praise, with attendees calling out the immersive atmosphere and seamless execution.
