Holly Jolly Hideaway is a holiday transformation designed for venues who want to create a magical, photo-worthy experience without the stress of planning, sourcing, or setting it up themselves.  Whether you’ve hosted a pop-up before or this is your first one, we guide you— and bring the decor with us. 

 

What You Can Expect:

- Ceiling and/or installs with hanging wrapped gifts, garlands, large ornament balls, and lights
- Bar transformations like wrapped fronts, lights, tinsel, garland, and décor
- Kitschy or high end and immersive vignettes and permitter pieces
- Entrance décor and signage
- Photo Ops so guests have something to snap and share
- Optional extras like snow machines, branded signage

Holiday pop-ups drive foot traffic, buzz, and bar sales — but they take time, creativity, and a whole lot of décor to pull off right. We’ve done this for casinos, hotels, breweries, and lounges. We know how to get the tinsel to hang just right.  We work with all types of venues — from cozy cocktail bars to multi-room venues. Here’s how the sizes usually break down: 

  • Smaller spaces ~20’ x 40’: $25K–$35K

  • Mid-size venues or lounges  ~30’ x 60’: $45K–$65K 

  • Large spaces or full buyouts ~50’ x 80’+: $75K–$95K+

How long does install take? 

Most installs happen in 1–3 days depending on complexity. 

What if we want to customize the vibe? 

We love that. Whether you want full retro, classy and snowy, or cheeky Santa kitsch — we’ll build the design around your space and your vision. 

What is the usual booking timeline? 

Holiday installs typically run November or early December through New Year’s. We begin pre-booking over the summer, and some key weekends book out fast.
